✨We kindly ask that you provide us with clear photos of your pets. Once the photos are confirmed, please try not to make any changes. Each pet portrait can feature one or two of your beloved pets. We will create the embroidery design based on the photos you provide. Throughout the design process, we will communicate with you and show you digital mock-ups. We will also run a test stitch and send you a photo of it. If you are not satisfied, we can make minor changes up to two times. If you need to change the photos during the process, there will be a re-design fee of $80 for each pet portrait.

We use imported Japanese embroidery machines to offer high-quality service to our customers.

How long will it take to receive it?

AUS: We estimate orders to arrive within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks.

UK, Canada, The USA & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks.

How should I wash my apparel?

We recommend washing your apparel on a delicate setting in cold water. We recommend hang drying to keep your pet embroidery pristine.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer our Crewneck, Hoodie, and T-Shirt in Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and Extra Extra Large. Our Hats are adjustable to fit most head sizes.

All apparel runs true to size.
